WHAT IS PRINCESS BALLERINAS?
A Magical Dance Program for Little Ones
Princess Ballerinas is a joyful, imagination-rich dance class designed especially for young children. Each week, dancers step into a new themed adventure—like “Winter Wonderland,” “Fairy Garden,” or “Magical Mermaid Lagoon”—while learning real ballet and creative movement skills.
Our classes focus on:
• Building confidence
• Encouraging creativity
• Teaching age-appropriate dance technique
• Helping little ones feel seen, celebrated, and proud

Who Can Join?
Princess Ballerinas classes are offered for:
• Ages 4–5
• Ages 6–8
When Are Classes?
Each class meets once per week for 50 minutes.
Ages 4–5
Tuesdays 3:30-4:20 PM OR Thursdays 3:30–4:20 PM
Ages 6–8
Thursdays 4:30–5:20 PM
Where Are Classes Held?
Classes are held in the beautiful dance room at the Lucky Penny Community Theater located at 1758 Industrial Way in Napa.
This space offers ample parking, a comfortable lobby, and even an in-house professional theater that we can use during our parent performance weeks!
Meet Your Instructor
Hi! I’m Megan — the creator of the Princess Ballerinas Dance Program and a Napa mom of two. I’ve spent over 20 years teaching young children and designing creative dance experiences that help them shine with confidence.
My goal is simple: create a warm, welcoming, joy-filled class where every child feels special, supported, and excited to come back each week.
Princess Ballerinas has been loved by families across the country for over a decade — and I’m thrilled to bring it home to Napa.
Next Session Begins February 12!
Enrollment for new students opens February 2.
Session Enrollment
Classes are offered in 8-week sessions throughout the year.
Tuition is $200 per session.
Families enroll in one session at a time. There is no automatic rollover or long-term commitment.
To support continuity for our dancers, currently enrolled families receive a priority enrollment week at the end of each session to register for the next one. Remaining spaces are then offered to new students.

If you’d like your child to experience Princess Ballerinas before enrolling, you’re welcome to book a free trial class. Trials are offered in limited numbers and based on availability.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should my child wear?
Dancers should wear comfortable ballet attire, such as a leotard, tights, ballet skirt, and ballet slippers. There is no required color or uniform—families are welcome to choose what works best for them.
For safety and focus, hair should be worn up or pulled back away from the face.
Do parents stay or drop off?
We encourage parents to stay for the first class or two so children can feel comfortable and confident in their new environment. After that, drop-off works perfectly. You’re always welcome in the lobby, and a viewing monitor is available if you’d like to watch.
What if my child is shy?
Totally normal! Patient encouragement is built into our program. Most shy dancers warm up within the first week.
Is there a recital?
Yes! Each full 8-week session concludes with a sweet, stress-free mini-performance during the last class, at the same day and time your child’s class normally meets. There are no extra rehearsals—everything is part of the regular class schedule.
Princess Ballerinas is always all-inclusive: there are never any extra fees for costumes or tickets. Simple and fun costumes, like matching tutus, fairy wings, or themed dress-up pieces, are provided for class and performance. Costumes are shared between classes and stay at the studio—they are not sent home.
Our goal is to make the performance enjoyable and memorable, without any stress or extra cost for families.
